It just has a sharp taste. Cottage cheese already has a very distinct flavor, and when you mix it with mustard—which also has a sharp taste—it adds to that. It’s not bad, because the other items like the meat and the eggs help mellow it out, but the plate is extremely dry. You would think it wouldn’t be dry because of the cottage cheese, but since cottage cheese contains a lot of probiotics, it can naturally dry out your tongue. There’s nothing on the plate that actually creates moisture in your mouth other than the fruit, and for some people, fruit can also dry out the mouth. That’s why I’m like, I don’t know what this plate needs, but it needs something—some type of ingredient that doesn’t pull moisture from your mouth. Overall, would I ever eat this plate again? I’m gonna be honest—no. Taste-wise, I’d rate it about a 6.7 out of 10. But as far as actually eating it, I wouldn’t be able to stomach this every single day. I do think it would work for weight loss. For another video, a longer one, I would eat the Tiffany plate for a full week and see how much weight I lose compared to not eating it. That’s the only reason I would do it. Otherwise, I would never subject myself to the same flavor every day.
