I am an Iron-athlete. I have been training fairly consistently for the last 4 yrs. I watch what I eat, each year I get more and more focused on my nutrition, in combination with training for these hard events. I, however have not lost a pound. I can’t seem to get under 180 lbs. 6 weeks ago I started eating fibre first, then my proteins. I don’t eat anything without fibre (with the exception of fueling while I train). I finally, finally lost weight. I’m 178lbs. My energy is better and I’m not bonking during my training week. You have helped me. Thank you
