You have to feel it. Cry when you need to, literally whenever. Call those people that are there for you, you may feel like you’re a bother but they will help TREMENDOUSLY. lean on those who love you. The most beautiful thing I experienced during my life shattering breakup, was the amount of love I felt from everywhere else. My coworkers, my family, my friends, strangers at church. It had made me feel so indescribably low, yet so loved at the same time.

I finally went out with my friend to a love island watch party tn and walked pass one of his friends randomly and I wasn’t prepared for that possibility. Thankfully he didn’t recognize me and I just walked pass but it made me think of the high possibility of running into a friend that he introduced me to & having to say we broke up & I don’t want to do that AT ALL ☹️
