It’s like a shock to the TikTok system when people have the money to pay for things, and think it’s worth it to use the money to keep their nice things. “Free rent” isn’t worth living somewhere low quality when you possess the money to pay for somewhere nice. 🤷🏻♀️

The building I was in still had water, lights, gas, garbage picked up and everything. We had to shovel the snow ourselves but other than that for over a year, no management company available and Rent portal down. I saved my rent and purchased a house. That was over 20 years ago....

Yall do know some apartments you pay your bills to the apartment. So if management not their to submit everything you not getting no water, power anything. Some few you pay it directly to the power or water company because it’s not included in the rent. Plus you still owe the rent during that time.
