Eddie Van Halen, dimebag Darrel, Layne Staley and so many others spent years perfecting guitar tones that people have issue with recreating even remotely similarly, to have ai make you a tone isn’t any better than having ai write you a piece of music, tone and the notes come from creativity not from a prompt. Seriously👍

people, tell me, whats wrong with making ai dial in a tone you want? whats wrong with "hey ai, i want you to get me the master of puppets tone for my guitar"? if you dont know how to get the exact tone you want of an album, ai can help you with that. there is no intervention of ai unlike ai generated stuff. ai should only be used for this and summing up subjecta in a few paragraphs that would otherwise take you 20 tabs and hours of time spent researching.
