Only one bad experience, private sale. Full price offer and ignored then cancelled. Submitted again and still no response and then cancelled a week or two later. It was an obtainable grail so was super pi$$3d about it.

I’ve bought from a private seller. Waited 30 days still wasn’t shipped. Did an order cancellation. Money returned within 5ish days

I've heard their authentication process is better than Ebays. I had a watch friend buy an MB&F via eBay and he found out it was stolen, when he reached out to eBay they said "well we don't check that"
