I needed this fr i am really struggling with eating habits. Its not just sensory things its also environmental issues and i am suffering because im only able to eat a lot of air fried or microwaved stuff 😩

Take this all with a grain of salt tho as well because things like Kim chi and sour kraut aren’t good for everyone! Example, if you have acid reflux issues. And things like kefir with lots of probiotics can also be harmful with ingested too much. And cause conditions like SIBO. Keep in mind your own personal situation and listen to your body <3 -another autistic person
