I also got my license through PhlebUSA and i totally agree about the jobs 😭I’m 2 yrs post class, 1 yr post license and I’ve added a BLS/Stop the Bleed certs bc I just wasnt finding a job 🥲

I work at BioLife as a plasma center tech, and they pay for your training. I’m counting it as clinical experience, however it’s definitely a different work flow and the certification is just for BioLife and can’t be used for a different company :/ just another slightly different route!
