I don’t think this is a real data log since Wi-Fi networks only track IP/MAC addresses they wouldn’t know TikTok handles and if this was done by contacting TikTok they’d only tracks IPs they wouldn’t have the exact names of cafes a data log from either or wouldnt magically merge them both into one document like this unless someone types it up themselves also there are mistakes with the same words having capital letters and some not plus it looks like an excel spreadsheet
