I talked about this in therapy the other day. I was so angry that I’m in therapy and he’s just living life. But the reality is I’m healing and I know I’ll be better for it. He’s just repeating the same behavior with someone new.

Life is not fair. The time for introspection starts now. What they did, what they are doing is irrelevant. Look inside yourself and ask you why you chose that person. Why did you stay? What did you contribute to the chaos. Peace is found from within not from trying to define or understand the external world.

Idk. Seeing him happy and him telling me how happy he is and they are fixing to have a baby and it’s barely been a year since our divorce. 12 years. he’s making sacrifices he wasn’t willing to make for me and our kids. He tells me he can’t change the past, He can only keep trying to do better.
