@hypermobilepaiton: When I first started doing bridge pumps, I honestly didn’t feel my glutes working at all. A light band, a small pelvic tuck, and pointing my feet out about 10–20 degrees helped me connect with the movement a lot better! These are just cues, not magic fixes.
