MSG is not good for us. Can you do it without or substitute for that ? Gives me headache and dizziness and makes me sleepy. Even I don’t know I can feel it. Asian use it to to keep the food fresh

I want to try the buttermilk powder for my Sunday biscuits but I'm worried about it making the dough too thin and changing the flavor. People online saying to just add lemon juice or vinegar to milk. Yeah that really doesn't work for me. The flavor just isn't there.
