I also have a question for you what dictate the up and down of your model. in your model denser materials go down but why? why don't they go up?

then why are the other planets spherical observed by a telescope or time lapse camera to see our galaxy turn around , when the sun goes from one flat side to the other how does it get back to the same position 24 hours earlier ?

There is no down or up, down is towards the centre of gravity depending on where you are, up means away from gravity in this scinerio doesn’t make any sense because why would anything fall up .

If earth is not a globe then why are other countries deep in the night while on the other side they are baking under the sun?

"Down" is relative to where you are standing. A meteor falls toward Earth's centre because of gravity. Someone in Australia also sees it fall "down" toward the ground beneath them. If you filmed the same meteor from space, you'd see it moving toward Earth from whichever side it entered—not toward some universal 'down'.
