Before you book a facelift because of a video you saw online, know this: most of those “after” results aren’t from surgery alone. Botox, fillers, lighting, and editing are doing a lot of the work. Ask your surgeon exactly what’s been done to achieve that look, because what you see on social media almost never matches what you’ll actually get.
