You did great but you did not do the fermentation properly. Tho many people and farms do it like this the fermentation process is more complicated. You take a large pot and put banana or ti leaves and cover the inside with it then put in the cacao and cover it with more leaves. Then put it in the oven to stay cool and not mold. Then spread it out on a tray with holes like a drying rack. And put it outside and set it a few feet off the ground with a medium sized fan underneath it to dry it out for 4 weeks. Two weeks each side and make sure it stir it around every two days. Then when they’re dry pour it on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 370f for five hours two days in a row. Then proceed to grind and liquify the cacao powder
