Nothing wrong with forming friendships through these kinds of games. Don't get me wrong I love MMOs and such, but hell do I enjoy just messing around in a silly little game with friends.

Yall are missing the point. If you’re consistently playing with your friends then it’s not friendslop to you. HOWEVER if you’re in a group that constantly encourages each other to buy games like this KNOWING that you’ll play it once or twice and never touch it again; that’s friendslop, it’s a vicious cycle of bad financial habits

"Friendslop" you mean a PARTY GAME? 💀 these aren't 'taking over the market', they've always been popular - gartic phone, jackbox, Mario party. all friendslop if we hold them to the same standard despite them being beloved classics.

Friend slop… I’m sorry to say this, but I think this is actually friendship. I got the game and told my friend to get the game and we’ve been having a blast. We’ve all been enjoying the game and we’ve all been having the best time of our life. Sure it made us all buy the game, but we have honestly been loving it.
