The sad thing is, Jake is still facing and dealing with the criminal charges from this, the local prosecutor instead of backing up the citizen, he decided that it was better to back up the police and throw the book at this man. This is why local elections matter! St Clair has a right wing republican prosecutor and he backs up cops even when they lie. Vote these republicans out of office!
