I’ll be honest I got one of those sleep recorder things cause I talk in my sleep, but the first night I was using it I was so freaking paranoid about it. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that Siri doesn’t work while it’s activated.

I have one of those wake up lights, it slowly over the course of 15 to 30 minutes lights up, starting with red light, and then by the time it’s done it has like birdsongs or you can have the radio wake you, which I do and I have it set to a classical music channel. Best 100 bucks I’ve ever spent

just looked into it, the app is BS and just feeds you AI generated results. an app on your phone cant detect when you're sleeping or awake lmao. that's ridiculous and why I immediately had to look into it.
