I am an arugula hater and I LOVE most lettuce types. It just tastes like powdery bitter dirt. How does a lettuce with dressing on it taste so DRY??

Soak in vinegar 15min, rinse in water, dry it, massage it with olive oil and whatever else you enjoy like lemon, garlic, salt, pepper, etc. most things aren’t good just plain by itself lol a little prep goes a long way

You do have to kinda marinate it first. Olive oil, and lemon or vinegar and massage it a bit. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Then add your salt and pepper or dressing.
