Bake for 40-45 minutes on 350 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on the counter for 30 minutes before removing from pans & placing your 2 cakes in the fridge. STRAWBERRY CRUNCH- 1 packet @jello strawberry mix 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter Mix until a sand like texture forms and then blend finely 20 golden @OREO cookies & add to your mixture and combine well. CHEESECAKE- 3 SOFTENED 8oz blocks @Philly Cream Cheese cream cheese 1/2 cup white sugar 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup sour cream 5 eggs total (added 3 first, then the remaining 2) Blend until smooth and all lumps are gone. Add to your sprayed baking pan and bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees. Allow to cool on the counter for about an hour in the baking pan, remove and then flip upside down & place into the freezer to set. STRAWBERRY BUTTERCREAM- 3 sticks softened unsalted butter 1 tbsp strawberry extract 3 cups powdered sugar Blend until smooth and set aside. To a cake board, add a little frosting to the bottom and then add your first cake on top (I leveled both cakes by cutting off the tops), layer more frosting in between and then add your FLIPPED cheesecake to the middle. Add another layer of frosting and then top with your 2nd cake (upside down). Frost your entire cake and then cover the entirely with your strawberry crunch. Decorate the top of your cake as you’d like (I added buttercream swirls with a @Wilton Cakes 2D tip, golden Oreos & fresh strawberries, ENJOY! #cheesecake #baking #sweettooth #dessert #fyp
