Acne ruined my mental health so bad… I literally could no longer function normally. Accutane might have ruined my health a little but it literally saved my life.

Girl I’m right there with you! It’s so hard and mentally exhausting. Also sucks because people w/o acne will never understand how debilitating it can be. We gotta just remind ourselves of our true beauty and worth despite this season. I always tell myself it’ll go away eventually and this is not a forever struggle, just gotta push through this season❤️🩹You are beautiful!!!!

I’ve been here EXACTLY. Accutane was a life saver. It’s an annoying process but so worth it! It’s not as scary as it’s made out to be. Hang in there, you’re beautiful and I love the nails ❤️

awh girl i’m literally so sorry you’re feeling this way, i know that it feels so so discouraging almost all the time but ik this sounds so stupid but i literally had to stop looking at myself in the mirror, picking my skin, over analyzing my face, comparing myself to other ppl, bc i would literally get so depressed and all i did was cry. Idk if you believe in the universe and energy and stuff like that bc i don’t really that much either but when i finally did the super cringey stuff of doing the affirmations in the morning and instead of calling myself ugly and bringing myself down i would bring myself up and be like wow i look so good or im so pretty or my face is getting clearer, EVEN IF IT TOTALLY ISNT, i swear my skin actually started getting better bc i expected it 😭 idek and obviously don’t trust me on it but just the attitude itself made me feel so so much better and not only did it bring peace to me but it made my stress levels so much lower and it helped me break out a bit less and it helped me regain my confidence back and i know it’s so so hard especially that no one has fuxking acne 😭 but i promise you this era will end and everyone loves you the same so you need to remember that you owe it to yourself to love yourself 💗💗 Self love is so important and it’s so so hard sometimes but idk if you’re religious but if you are prayyyy about it and if you’re into meditating meditate because doing a little something helps so much at least for me 🤣🤣

i commented on one of your other videos bc i’m going through the same thing but like i cannot stop crying about my skin either and wondering what i did to deserve this.. like the cystic acne i have rn is seriously so painful too :(( but it’s so reassuring to see another girl going through it too so thank you for sharing and not making me feel alone 🫶🫶

my acne is sooooo bad and i’m finally starting yaz to hopefully help (i also have endo and PMDD so it’s prescribed for that too). my acne has ruined my self esteem especially this past year it’s been horrible. no one understands the mental toll cystic/hormonal acne has. i don’t like to leave my house most days because going bare faced gives me anxiety but wearing make up just makes me feel even worse

Girl same I’m going through the same thing I’ve had acne since 12 I’ve done everything I can to try to clear my skin but it just won’t go away :/ I start Accutane next week I’m scared but excited but I’m so fed up with my acne !
