Ok to be fair if you ask it to do deep debug and log everything it can and it tell it just to auto check log every time you add something so you fix the bug as it happens

Opus 4.8 is great at avoiding regression bugs. Provided you have a clean architecture in the first place. It’s a also good idea to ask it to check for and think about potential pitfalls before actually implementing an important change in your code base.
