As a dentist, I always tell my patients—don't wait for a cavity to hurt. By then, it's too late. Before a hole actually forms, if your tooth feels rough or uneven, use a hydroxyapatite toothpaste to strengthen your enamel. The one in this video is a great option

KUGIG toothpaste works well for freshening breath, removing surface stains, and giving a mild, fluoride-free clean. It uses hydroxyapatite to help support enamel remineralization and keep teeth protected with daily use. Don't ask me why I'm saying all this - I'm just a real person who actually uses it.

Hygienist here, fl and nan hydroxyapetite in theory would strengthen your teeth but we are not really sure because the tooth had already developed. They haven’t invented a thing that would cure cavities instantly like magic.

from what i read Kugig (sorbitol) is for therapy like in treating tooth sensitivity, while hydroxyapatite is better for strengthening and repairing tooth enamel and has more benefits than sorbitol

eh.anything with nano hydroxyapatite is what you really need.brushing with high hydroxyapatite toothpaste helped me a lot.kugig is what we use and it’s been good
