@melissa.lattari: This applies to all of us, regardless of whether you’re a man or a woman. If you see someone struggling - whether it’s an elderly person, someone with a disability, a parent carrying too much, or anyone who simply needs an extra hand - help them. There have been so many times I’ve been clearly struggling, and people walked right past me without even asking if I needed help. I know sometimes it comes from shyness or not wanting to intrude, but don’t let that stop you from helping. Every single time someone has stopped to help me, it’s stayed with me. Those small moments restore my faith in humanity and remind me that there are still genuinely good people in this world. Kindness costs nothing, but it can mean everything to the person on the receiving end. And for the guys… you never know.
