Funnily enough I saw your video about Lancashire cheese yesterday. Today it’s Wensleydale cheese from Yorkshire. Once upon a time Yorkshire and Lancashire were sworn enemies in the War of the Roses between the House of York and the House of Lancaster. Lancashire and Yorkshire are still rivals though thankfully nowhere near as brutal as in the 15th century
