Dear Cava, First off, I just want to make it clear that your bowls are truly impeccable. Knowing this, I want to reference your poll that was recently posted on instagram. I am going to be talking about the two main options (Seattle and San Francisco). I want to start with showing the sheer volume of CAVA presence in California, with the largest amount of locations—45 of them. On the other hand, Seattle has been deprived of these feelings, with 0 in the whole state. San Fransico’s closest taste of delight is ~6 hours away in SoCal, which you would think is far. Right? Well, Seattle’s closest taste is that exact same location. Almost minimum of 16 HOURS away. Additionally, Seattle does not have NEAR as much Mediterranean restaurants in general, while SF is a competitive hotspot. Furthermore, the polls have been extremely close, despite San Francisco’s higher population. Please, I beg of you to delight Seattle with your flavors. It’s not just Seattle that needs you. But Washington too.

The salad bowls are pricey for the amount of greens that they put in there. I have heart problems and Cava and Luna Grill are the only places I eat out at, but due to their green portions, I go to Luna Grill more often. I wish they put more greens because I like Cava more but its greens, come on put more in the bowls. Salad isn't filling.
