I went to Chicago pride this past year. A majority of the people I saw were in like shirts and a tshirt.

Babe, it it is insecurity. I don’t dress anything special for the parade. I always said I wasn’t a parade person then went after years and cried because it just made me happy. Brought my dad a few years later and he said it was the best parade he had been too because it wasn’t people getting drunk just being who they want to be.

Been saying that since my first pride. I genuinely hit all the tents up with the vendors of things that interest me. Gotten a lot of art from it. However it tends to be exactly what you describe.
