I was awarded 2 of his pentions 2 months ago and I am told the pention companies will reach out to me. My legal aid lawyer is wanting me to sign the final order for the divorce but I want to hold off till I have those pentions in my name. what advise would you give ?

rage bait, again. depends on financial negotiations, potential for mediation and a whole range of factors. just because theres a potential entitlement for a division of assets accumlated does not mean its going to happen.
