If you don't know where liquidity is, chances are you're the one providing it. ➡️ Liquidity Sweep is when price briefly breaks a key level to trigger stop-losses and pending orders before reversing in the intended direction. Here are the most common places where liquidity builds: 1️⃣ Equal Highs – Buy stops usually rest above equal highs. Price often sweeps them before moving bearish. 2️⃣ Equal Lows – Sell stops accumulate below equal lows. Price may dip below them before reversing bullish. 3️⃣ Swing Highs – Previous highs are magnets for liquidity. A wick above the high doesn't always mean a breakout. 4️⃣ Swing Lows – Previous lows attract liquidity. A break below doesn't automatically mean the trend is bearish. 5️⃣ Double Tops – Many traders place stop-losses above the highs. Institutions target these stops before selling. 6️⃣ Double Bottoms – Stops below the lows create liquidity that can be swept before price rallies. 7️⃣ Support & Resistance – These are crowded areas where retail traders enter and hide their stops.
