We’ve just got the DFG for a safety bedroom for my son. We did it through OT and they go through the council for you.

If it’s costs more than £30K where does the rest of the money come from? Curious as we want to look into this but unsure if it’s a grant they’ll provide for a “finished” renovation or a grant that’ll pay towards … if that makes sense??

I bet you can’t wait for it to be finished I would be having major anxiety if I was in your shoes 🤣🤣🤣. My area is rubbish I can’t even get funding for a wheelchair pram for my son and it’s a 12 month wait minimum for nhs wheelchair, I’ve been waiting 4 months for his blue badge to be processed x
