I'm allergic to most air fresheners, colognes, perfumes, etc etc because they do like to use real flower extracts in some products, which makes me break out in rashes

That’s a basic that you learn in CNA class. You’re not even supposed to wear scented stuff or cologne when you’re working the bedside.

Oh no. Fabreeze would send me into a mast cell reaction and I would probably need intervention and maybe my inhaler.

I work in housekeeping at the hospital, I put one drop of lavender oil on my mask to help w the smell. But I never really get to interact with patients, and if I did I wouldn't be spraying anything with aerosol. Lot of patients have breathing problems so it's probably not for the best

Febreeze also creates a fall risk as it’s super slippery on the floor.

There were so many comments both from patients and Healthcare workers telling her not to do this don’t know why she blocked you.

I'm allergic. not severely, but it'd be enough to drive me crazy not knowing what was wrong with me and having a reaction when trying to get better. I'd be pissed

The way this would immediately set off my asthma. Most hospitals and other medical facilities literally have postings about VISITORS being careful about perfumes and overly scented items!

I'm allergic to many scents, i do medical housekeeping too. I'd never spray anything in a room not certified/without permission.

I keep a mask with a little peppermint oil or VapoRub inside of it for stinky emergencies. You don't need to spray the whole room.
