The biggest problem with all police is that they do not understand the term call for service whenever someone picks up the phone and calls in 2911 or to the police station. They viewed that person as a person that they are representing their they’re right and everything that Caller says is as if that is their supervisor talking to them. They will use it as gospel and they will not investigate or be unbiased when just a call comes in every police officer needs to be retrained to understand Caller service and what it entails and what it means it does not mean that that is your directive to operate on that call information alone.
