It’s so true what you saw about taking maintenance breaks, not only to give your body and mind a break but to prepare for actual maintenance. I’m 1lb away from my goal after being on a GLP for 1yr 8mo and losing 85lbs. Of course I’ve had times where my calories were higher but never a structured intentional maintenance break. I’ve been working out since January and have truly made changes to my diet from the start, not just depending on the medication. I know you work with women who are on a GLP also. What advice and/or tips would you have for someone like me who would go into maintenance soon but haven’t practiced it along the way?

I love your videos. I have struggled most of my life. My biggest problem is getting enough protein and fiber. Especially breakfast foods. I’m not a big egg eater and I am probably addicted to carbs! I love bread in any form!

If you're like me, you gotta be careful when you discover maintenance though bc all of the calculators say I'm 1750 or higher when I can safely say after tracking for over a year that it's more like 1400 💀 Like, I guess it's still good to be aware of, but that really hurt finding out the hard way
