some electricians here are not using ground wires as they supposed to, or not even a licensed electrician is making houses electrical lines/plans.

From experience, it's the non-existent grounding that you commonly see in other countries, we mainly use those adapters that turns 3 prong connector into common Us adapter

Grounding. Keep in kind that some of the plugs allow a grounding line but dont have any actual grounding inside lol 😂😂

That is not normal, I bet that it's just your charger. The fridge might have it's ground prong cut off because people often disregard the electrical code and install outlets without grounding.
