I’m so used to being left out that everyone assumes I’m an introvert. I am as extroverted as they come but I’ve learned to blend in and be quiet unless spoken to because I enjoy being around people and don’t want to risk not being invited back in the future

it sucks to not be invited. But I was told that inviting myself was rude. So I was never invited. Grew up with no friends. Life gets lonely sometimes

This, but people only ever came over to party- never to actually hangout. Whenever it came to actually hanging out (without smoking or drinking) or going to do something I was left out. Only hung out with me because I had the “party house”and a car (this was in high school) now idek how to socialize or make friends without feeling awkward:/

Same. People say "put yourself out there" and every time I do I put myself right back up. But I will say you'll find your group of people. It may not be a big crowd but the smallest ones mean the most. ❤️
