Me, currently living in my greystar community with an incredible office staff. Responsive and professional maintenance. And a rent rate that hasn’t increased more than $20 a month in 2 years. The city, staff, and management company matter. It’s not all graystar.

no cause them taking my deposit and telling them i still owe hundred of dollars after leaving the place in neat condition. tried to dispute, never heard back, and it went to collections smh.

Depends on the ownership, most if not all are private equity, and the Greystar management team! I’m in mine for 5 years now no issues
