the trick the always worked for me is just adding more water until you feel it completely fill out and then tilting your head to pour it out and it just comes out. i learn it during our swim class.

what works for me is placing the palm of my hand over my ear and pump it like its a plunger. make sure you gave a seal over the ear. works for every time

u can also put ur palm in ur ear and umm sorta press then release while tilting ur head it creates a suction for the water
