vitamins A D E and K and only fat soluble. you need a little bit of oil to absorb them. a teaspoon of oil won't make you gain weight

I would recommend to add a little bit of oil. Like, half table spoon of something. Without fat vitamins won't get absorbed, fat carries taste, stimulate pancreas to do it's job and help with keeping a feeling of fullness for a little bit longer.
