This is what Cajun Mardi Gras looks like. Looks similar to the costumes in your video. The roots of the Courir trace back to medieval France and earlier Celtic begging rituals. Brought to Louisiana by French settlers, this historical event became a way for isolated, rural communities to gather resources and celebrate right before the strict, fasting period of Lent.

There was like a museum nights when me and my cousin visited Krakow. This museum was very literally behind the corner from the place we stayed so we went there during the late evening. It was amazing! I have pictures of the same things as you, found them interesting as well😆
