i wear a braclet so my husband knows its period time and he sees it and appears later on or tomorrow with a bar of my fav choc and a bottle of pepsi max both things i love to have once a month,i appricate the gesture amd i dont expect him to just remember im happy to remind gently

My boyfriend does most if not all of the cooking and food shopping - I share my cycle with him through my tracking app and he’s DEFO the first kind. He’ll make us steaks when I’m close to my period. He never comments on my emotions unless I’m crying and saying ‘what’s wrong with me why do I feel like this’ (because I seem to get amnesia every month and forget that I feel like garbage every Luteal phase) 😂
