@alinavrn: Brookies 🍪 You will love it! ☺️ Brownie Batter * 200 g dark chocolate (70–80%) * 100 g butter * 3 eggs * 170 g sugar * 75 g all-purpose flour * 25 g cocoa powder * Pinch of salt Cookie Dough * 100 g butter, melted * 80 g brown sugar * 50 g caster sugar * 1 large egg * 180 g all-purpose flour * ½ tsp baking soda * 1 tsp cornstarch * 100 g chocolate chunks Method Cookie Dough 1. Whisk melted butter with both sugars. 2. Mix in the egg. 3. Fold in flour, baking soda and cornstarch until just combined. 4. Stir in chocolate chunks. Brownie Batter 1. Melt butter and chocolate (15-sec microwave bursts); cool slightly. 2. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale. 3. Whisk in melted chocolate. 4. Fold in flour, cocoa and salt. Assemble & Bake 1. Line a pan with parchment. 2. Spread half the brownie batter. 3. Dollop half the cookie dough on top. Repeat with remaining brownie batter and cookie dough. 4.
