I feel you and I understand you. I’ve been feeling like I’m in the fog/mist. I can’t see where I’m going, I just have to trust the path is taking me home.. taking me home to myself. But I feel like I’m in the middle of remembering who I am, because I forgot along the way. I identified with my trauma for so long it became me, but now I’m reaching inside trying to connect with a different part of myself, to create a new story.
