Been just sitting there for years doing nothing 🤣 and 3 years lease and upwards of £2k na. It’s next to a school and a the busy a406 and Cambridge, who’s really stopping to go to a “ coffee shop” and apart from maybe parents after school or before it wouldn’t work. Also it’s a secondary school mostly kids talking to and from school alone. Also it used to be big old dirty bog
