It’s always interesting how quickly big brands jump into the comments for funny or viral posts, but when someone is seriously harmed or put at risk, suddenly it’s silence. This deserves a real response, accountability, and proof that steps are being taken to make sure it never happens again. Hiding from situations like this only makes people lose trust.

I have wanted to tey Jamba juice but after watching the video about employees putting honey and not caring and giving an older women who told them she was severely allergic to bananas gave her bananas. It is not a desire to tey anymore.

you have employees that are disregarding customers request to not have honey on their food because they are diabetic but still put it on their food and then lied and laughed about it , even after the customer told them they couldn't have honey.

Your employee opens you guys up to massive lawsuits because if she is so blasé and willing to risk somebody’s life once and be caught or doing it who knows how many times she’s done to people who are unaware. And per my lawyer when i needed one “food allergies are some of the easiest freaking lawsuits.”
