Whatever you do don’t try to pull the stinger out by pinching it with your fingers or tweezers. That will make it worse and cause more venom left in the stinger to be injected.

if it hurts that bad its probably a yellow jacket. They're pretty aggressive and very territorial, with a much more painful sting than your average bee. im sorry you were stung, if you ever can't get a stinger out mix some baking soda and water into a paste and put it on wherever you were stung, it'll pull the stinger out
