I really dislike when people say that they make something with two ingredients and then they actually use three ingredients. They use ingredients and then use four or five ingredients. Why can’t the being accurate/honest from the beginning

the recipe shes doing is not marshmallows, but something we call zefir (idk if it has an English name). its done with a buttload of sugar and colourings tho. it used to be a staple treat when I was a kid and it looks like this

you use a gelitin from animals she used plant based and adding a dusting of apple sugar on top and when mixing a cup should do will change the whole taste and still be healthy
