Where I live, the minimum wage is $7.25 also. Except the McDonald’s two blocks from my house starts at $16 an hour. Why are you comparing the price of food versus minimum wage if the employees are not making minimum wage? That seems dishonest.

Everywhere around here jobs are 14+per hour. Living in Washington, DC is significantly more expensive than in Georgia. Overall living costs in DC are roughly 25% to 45% higher than in major Georgia cities like Atlanta.

Actually I can go to 3 McDonald's an hour from each in GA and pay a different price at each because franchises don't all charge the same amount.
