Try keeping your head down and keeping your body more at a 90 degree angle it will hit it even more

I started doing these but I only feel them in my left side. When I lean right I don’t feel anything but I feel it in my supporting left side. Even with kickbacks, all in left leg and cheek, when I do right leg I still only feel it on my left side. HELP PLEASE 😭🙏
