I think you’re misunderstanding this story, the allegations is that this government is selling political appointments and he has said he paid the president’s chief of staff for that appointment and got it. He had no idea they sold him a fake appointment with a fake agency. Now they’re trying to deny him by saying that he did all of that on his own.
