So my 18th birthday is coming up and I’ve been planning on getting a tattoo for my birthday for quite a long time but I’ll need to get the consultation done while I’m still 17 and it is illegal in my state to get a tattoo while 18. do you think that the shop will still be comfortable with just doing my consultation and deposit and booking the appointment while I’m still 17 as long as the actual tattoo is being done while I’m 18?

I just like to say that the one thing that is a personal bug. appointments only studios. I like there work but I like to meet face to face and see the place and get the vibe of the studio.

although the best artist is a good concept, the best can also be way out of budget. they are worth the price, but sometimes it is logical to find second or even third best. finding a portfolio that matches the style of what you want is the next best option.
